As of October 2022, we highly recommend any clients using either Network Solutions or GoDaddy for webhosting OR domain registration, to switch as soon as possible to any of the recommended services below. In the past several months, we've had multiple clients encounter serious issues with both of these companies. These issues include:

• A long-time client losing ownership of their domain name which resulted in their website AND their email being inaccessible for 6 weeks when they were able to finally – and after multiple phone calls, chats and emails – find someone competent at Network Solutions to resolve their problem
• A non-profit client who was NOT on one of our Security & Maintenance plans had their WordPress site hacked. It took a full day to restore the site and it was offline for a time.

Domain Names / Registrar

We recommend Google Domains as the most affordable and easiest registrar to purchase and manage your domain names.

You can use any domain you own with an IONOS hosting package. To do so, add it to your account as an external domain and point the DNS to the settings provided by IONOS. We can also handle all this for you!
