This intranet project for Wakefern, the largest cooperative that operates the ShopRite brand of supermarkets, allows the company's public relations team to manage and track their photo releases. Designed to be quick and easy to use, this custom system captures important information for models including employees and customers that are photographed for marketing uses.
The Photo Release system offers two language choices: English and Spanish. It captures contact info for both the photographer and model and for a parent if the model is a minor. It also offers an easy on-screen signature option and photo upload.
This website is built responsively so it is optimized to work well on both desktop computers and tablets such as an iPad. The Admin area offers easy options for finding models by store, photographer, and model. The system also features a simple account system so Admins can quickly add and invite photographers to use the site. About 1,000 signed releases are captured each year by this system.
