In addition to a complete redesign of their website, CODA wanted to ease the complex audition process for their annual Nutcracker production. We converted multiple paper forms for different age groups into electronic versions and also added multiple consent options based on the needs of each dancer and their parents, as required. As these online forms are completed, the system automatically calculates any fees that need to be paid and offers a quick Stripe popup option for credit card payment.
Dancers who are then accepted as cast members are then assigned personal web accounts which they use to access private WordPress pages that contain rehearsal and show info, updated on a regular basis.
Our website redesign converted a cumbersome flow that required manual tracking and management into a much easier process for CODA, their dancers, and their families. In addition, the eCommerce system was extended to allow a custom Donation form that collects details that better recognizes donors.
The overall result is a site that offers a clean, attractive design with extended functionality built for the client's exact needs.
